ACM Golf On Range Coaching
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
When booked for lesson or undertaking a group session with ACM Golf On Range Coaching, you acknowledge that golf and related activities involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Being struck by golf balls or golf clubs
- Slips, trips, or falls within the facility
- Equipment malfunction or misuse
- Injuries resulting from normal golf activity
Participation in golf activities is voluntary. You accept full responsibility for any risks associated with these activities.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless ACM Golf Coaching & Performance Centre GmbH, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the facility
- Participation in golf activities
- Use of golf equipment or simulators
- The actions of other participants
This release applies whether the claim arises from negligence or any other cause permitted by law.
3. Responsibility for Guests and Minors
The person making the booking or agreeing to this waiver is responsible for:
- All guests they bring into the facility
- Any minors under their supervision
- Ensuring that all participants follow facility rules and safety guidelines
Guests and minors must always remain under the supervision of the responsible participant.
4. Safety Rules
For the safety of all users, the following rules must be followed:
- Only one person may swing a club at a time within a teaching bay.
- Always ensure the swing area is clear before swinging.
- All shots must be directed toward the range or course
- Do not enter the swing area while another player is preparing to hit.
- Food or drinks must be kept away from equipment unless permitted.
- Report any damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.
5. Equipment and Property
Users are responsible for treating all equipment and facilities with care.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the responsible user.
6. Video Surveillance
For security and protection of the facility - ACM Golf On Range Coaching is monitored by video surveillance in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.
Purpose of Surveillance
Video recording is used exclusively to:
- Prevent and investigate theft, vandalism, or property damage
- Ensure the safety of members, visitors, and staff

Data Storage
- Recorded footage is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Video recordings are retained for a maximum of 7 days, unless required for legal proceedings.
- Unauthorized sharing or use of recordings is strictly prohibited.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
Under Swiss data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Request information about the processing of your personal data
- Request deletion of recordings where permitted by law

8. Acceptance of Terms
By entering, booking, or using the facilities of ACM Golf On Range Coaching, you confirm that:

- You accept the risks associated with golf activities
- You agree to follow all facility rules and safety instructions
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not enter or use the facilities.
